ABOUT US
We believe that every family and every child is unique--this is why at RISE we utilize a strengths-based approach to empower families to address their individual needs. We aim to provide a collaborative approach for appropriate services in areas including but not limited to: mental health, behavioral health, public assistance, substance use, and legal challenges. Our goal is to promote the stability and sustainability of families in our community, and advocate for healthy development for our youth.
our mission
The mission of RISE in Lincoln County is to provide youth and their families with access to high-quality services and resources that increase their capacity to sustain a healthy environment and positive outcomes for their children.
WHAT IS COLLABORATIVE MANAGEMENT?
In 2004 the Colorado General Assembly passed House Bill 04-1451 in order to establish county-level collaborative management programs (CMP). The goal of these programs is to improve the outcomes for youth and families with multi-agency involvement. The structure and processes of a CMP bring together agencies and services for at-risk and system involved youth.
